As is with all the turbos we repair and re-manufacture, we provide an exchange service on our commercial turbos as well. This simply means you can purchase a re-manufactured unit form ourselves and return your old turbo within 30 days of purchase giving you more than enough time to sort the removal of your turbo from your vehicle. We pride ourselves on our efficient service and can deliver any in stock turbo within 24 hours.
If downtime is out of the question, the AET Same Day Exchange programme is the ideal way to deal with a failed turbo. The procedure is simple: call us on 01924 894 171, give us your details and the manufacturer’s part number (this can be found on the bearing housing or compressor cover) and, subject to availability, we will dispatch (or you can collect) a replacement unit on the same day if your order is received before 3pm.
We will also arrange collection of the exchange unit when ready for collection.
