Porsche 924 Carrera GT – K26 BorgWarner Turbocharger Restoration
This month, AET was entrusted with the restoration of a K26 BorgWarner KKK Turbolader turbocharger from a 1980 Porsche 924 Carrera GT. A homologation special developed to satisfy Group 4 racing regulations, the 924 Carrera GT bridged the gap between road and competition car.
Celebrating 40 Years of Martin Thornton at AET

1974 Porsche Group 5 RSR – K36 KKK Turbolader Turbocharger
In 2025, we have had the privilege of working with a specialist customer to restore a K36 KKK Turbolader from a Porsche 911 Carrera RSR (1974).
1982 Audi Quattro A1 Group B Rally Car
This year, we have had the privilege of working on some truly special turbochargers, and this one is no exception. It is a genuine piece of motorsport history: a KKK Turbolader K27 turbocharger from this 1982 Audi Quattro A1 Group B works car.
