The Mercedes E-Class has been sold under the ‘E’ name since 1993 although the heritage of the E-Class dates back to the Mercedes-Benz W120 produced in 1953. A popular executive saloon car, the E-class offers a range of diesel engines from 2.2L – 3L and an array of petrol engines from the entry level 1.8L turbocharged to the 5.4L Twin-turbo V8 found in the E63 AMG S-Model which packs the punch of 577 horsepower.
